Based on the description it may be concluded that it is a problem called juddering. The judders originate as a result of irregularities in designing the friction material. It causes changes in the disc material and at the same time it increases the friction coefficient in its central part. When the given braking processes such as pressure, speed or temperature take place simultaneously, then as a result of the block contacting with the disc, vibrations are formed. The best solution is to replace the pads and discs.
